8	24.03.08	In supersession of the rules notified in G.O. Ms. No. 18/CHRI/T6/2003, dated 7-4-2003 of the Revenue (Hindu Religious Institutions and Wakf) Department and published in Part-II Extraordinary Gazette No. 14, dated 9-4-2003.
9	26.03.08	In exercise of the powers conferred by section 198 read with section 440 of the Pondicherry Municipalities Act, 1973 (No. 9 of 1973) and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry.
10	28.03.08	Under rule 140 of Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business of the Puducherry Legislative Assembly, the following Bills, viz., (A) The Appropriation Bill, 2008 (Bill No. 3 of 2008) ; (B) The Appropriation (Vote on Account) Bill, 2008 (Bill No. 4 of 2008).
11	28.03.08	Approval of the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry is hereby conveyed included in the XI Five Year Plan from the year 2007-08 onwards viz., I. Development of Handicrafts, II. Development of Coir Industries, III. Training, IV. Marketing and Publicity by District Industries Centre, Puducherry.
12	28.03.08	The following Act of the Legislative Assembly, Puducherry received the assent of the Lieutenant-Governor on the 28th day of March 2008 and is hereby published for general information.
